2. User Interface overview

 The tool is located on the ScaffPlan Tools Toolbar.

The AI Assistant has its own dedicated dialogue window that can be positioned anywhere on the screen

Chat History AI chat history enables the system to remember past interactions, providing context for more accurate, personalized responses. It streamlines multi-turn conversations, reduces repetition, and supports continuity across sessions

Reset chat the reset chat button clears the current conversation, removing all context and starting a fresh session. It’s useful for beginning a new topic, resolving confusion, or ensuring the AI doesn’t reference previous messages

Close chat the close chat button ends the current conversation and exits the chat interface. It’s useful for wrapping up a session, switching tasks, or stepping away from the AI

Ask Simon… the question input box lets users type their message or query, while the send button submits it to the AI. Together, they initiate the conversation and allow users to interact with the system in real time.
