Swap timber plank handles to create a toeboard on the outer side
Create a timber toeboard from a plank
Move the toeboard to overhang it
Change the toeboard lenght
Copy the same object: Copy the toedoard by number of copies
Change the last toeboard length
Create 2x5 meter planks from toeboards
Add board clips (putlog couplers)
Create a toeboard on a side of the bay
Move the toeboard 
Add putlog coupler to the sideboard
Create a Deadman tube
Add a putlog coupler by using Point insertion method
Mirror the coupler using coupler point
Pivot the coupler using coupler point
Mirror the Deadman tube and toeboard over the bay line centerline
Copy Deadman tubes to the second lift
Select similar: Select all boards and planks in the model
Copy select boards and planks to the second lift
Add putlog couplers to hold boards
